SEASON TICKET PACKAGES
All tickets have additional sales tax & fees: 9.2% Sales tax, Facility fee: $3/ticket, Ticketing Service fee: $2/ticket
** Ticketing fee: waived for season packages **

We offer 5, 6, and 7 show packagese at a discounted rate.

Season Ticket Holders will have the opportunity to purchase all season add-ons first and at their season ticket rate.

Renewing season ticket holders who want to keep their same seat from the previous year will be seated first. All others are processed on a first come / first served basis in the following order:
1: Renewing season ticket holders wishing to change seats
2: New season ticket holders
Each group will have a dedicated amount of time to claim their seats before season tickets go on sale to the general public.
Once individual show tickets are released to the general public, any prior season ticket seating assignments are released.

​BOX OFFICE HOURS:
Tuesday - Friday: 10am - 3pm,
and one hour prior to curtain for all performances.

ONLINE:
Available 24hrs, 7 days a week. Online ticket transactions will receive an email confirmation.

​REFUNDS, EXCHANGES:
ALL ticket purchases are final – we do not offer refunds.
Single tickets may be exchanged by the original purchaser for a different performance of the same production for a $5 fee plus any applicable upgrade charges up to 24 hours prior to show time. TICKET EXCHANGES ARE COMPLIMENTARY FOR SEASON TICKET HOLDERS.
Tickets may not be exchanged within 24 hours of show time.
Any Refunds or Exchanges due to cancellation on our part must be requested from the Box Office within 14 business days of the cancellation.
If a credit was given for a cancelled show, the credit will expire after one calendar year.

THIRD-PARTY TICKET RESELLERS / SCALPERS:
If you did not purchase your ticket from www.rivertowntheaters.com or our official ticket processor www.tix.com, you may have been overcharged by an outside ticket scalping website.
To protect our patrons, Rivertown Theaters reserves the right to refuse admission to any attendee if the name on their ticket does not match the name on their ID.
We do not honor tickets purchased through a third party website, whose main purpose is to defraud our patrons by reselling tickets at an inflated price. This is a blatant scam, and our first priority is to our customers. In this case, no refund will be issued to the attendee or the reseller.
​LATECOMERS:
We ask that all ticket holders be in their seats 5 minutes prior to curtain. Latecomers arriving after the start of a performance will be seated at the discretion of the house manager to avoid disrupting the show. We reserve the right to refuse entrance to latecomers should it be impossible to seat them without disrupting the show.

​WAITING LIST:
For sold out performances, we will start a waiting list one hour prior to curtain or at the time the performance sells out. All waiting list additions must be made in-person. Any tickets available at show time will be sold to those on the waiting list in the order in which they appear.

​ACCESSIBILITY:
In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, we provide ADA accessible seating for all performances on a first come, first served basis. Our ADA seating includes removable seats for patrons in wheelchairs, as well as additional seats available for companions. Please call the box office at least 24 hours prior to showtime to inquire about purchasing tickets for “ADA Accessible” or “Wheelchair and Companion” seating when making your reservation and plan to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to curtain.

​CHILDREN / CONTENT:
Some mainstage productions are not suitable for all audiences. Please refer to the production’s description and family rating before purchasing tickets. Everyone entering the theatre must have a ticket. All children must be able to sit in their own seat for the entire length of the performance without disturbing those around them. For the comfort and enjoyment of all audience members, children ages five and younger are not permitted at mainstage performances.

​RECORDING DEVICES:
The taking of photographs or operation of any recording device in the theatre is strictly forbidden. Anyone seen making use of a recording device may be asked to leave the theatre and delete any content recorded.

​HANDHELD ELECTRONIC DEVICES:
Please turn off or silence all handheld devices, beepers, watch alarms and cell phones prior to the start of the performance. Please refrain from making use of these devices during the performance – both the light and noise are distracting to the performers and your fellow audience members.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Management reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person who fails to comply with the terms and conditions and/or rules for the event in which this ticket is issued.
Ticket holder assumes all risk and danger including, without limitation, injury, death, personal loss, property damage, or other related harm.
