Cecelia McLellan

Bulda ², Ensemble

Cecelia is so excited to be reprising her role as Bulda in Frozen! Cecelia is a junior at Ursuline Academy and a Level III Musical Theatre student at NOCCA. She loves playing music and was recently Assistant Music Director for Pippin at NOCCA as well as Raise Your Voice! 5 at Rivertown. Cecelia takes voice lessons at Encore with Ms. Jennifer.
